Big CPU and memory usage when working with XAML

Hi

I've been trying out resharper 5 for the last few weeks on VS 2010. It's been great up till now, but today, its started behaving erratically. I'm doing a lot of refactoring around some xaml code and it keep locking up, using up an entire core and a _ton_ of memory (over a gig at one point). I've had to restart VS about 10 times today.

Anyone else seen that behaviour or have any suggestions?
