Resharper 5 - 5.1 SWA is broken in VS2010

1. When I open my project in VS - SWA indicator is missing, however I still can enable SWA from ReSharper->Options
When I do this - VS internals literally disappear - it becomes window with menu and blue background. Resharper 5.1 throws and tries to submit following exceptions, while 5.0 does nothing.

P.S. If I remember correctly - it was working before I connected VS to tfs 2010..
