Syntax Highlighting Issue

I'm using Resharper in both VS 2008 and 2010. 2010 lists less options for color coding.

VS 2010 is missing the following options:
ReSharper Apply Refactoring In-place
ReSharper ASP Synchronous Tag Editing
ReSharper base and specific culture mark
ReSharper base culture mark
ReSharper Bookmark X (all of them are missing)
ReSharper Name or Signature Changed
ReSharper Overrides
ReSharper Recursion
ReSharper specific culture mark
ReSharper Template Editor ASP.NET ...
ReSharper Template Editor C# ...
ReSharper Unit Test Element ...

I may have missed a few. I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled ReSharper. Of course the extra color options may be bogus and shouldn't show up at all.

Hello,

Some of these are actually gutter icons and have no use under Fonts'n'Colors,
like the Override or Unit Testing marks. They're getting into the VS9 color
settings either accidentally or as a side-effect. In VS10, they're not there
already.

Others should be configurable, at a glance, and might be missing due to VS10
integration issues. As we'll be working on them, these missing items will
be restored.

Hello, thanks for heads up.

Most of them are not needed in VS2010. They have to be there for VS2008/2005
because they are side bar markers, but VS10 has different way to integrate
into editor. Actually, there presence in Fonts & Colors in VS2008 means nothing.
We will verify few of these, because it sounds they are missing.

Sincerely,
Ilya Ryzhenkov
