ReSharper License

I'm having a somewhat weird problem with the ReSharper license. About three
or four times ReSharper has popped up when I start Visual Studio 2008
claiming my license expired but when I open ReSharper | Help | About or
ReSharper | License Information, I see my full perpetual license
information. This has been happening about one a month or perhaps a bit more
frequently.

When I started Visual Studio 2008 today, ReSharper popped up claiming my
license expired and now the ReSharper menu is gone so I can't even get to
the license menu. Restarting Visual Studio 2008 doesn't help, either.
ReSharper just flat refuses to load. If I open Visual Studio 2005, ReSharper
| Help | Licensee Information shows my name, license key, and "Expiration
date: never".

If I change HKCU\Software\JetBrains\ReSharper\v5.1\vs9.0\IsVsPackageEnabled
from False to True, ReSharper loads when I restart Visual Studio 2008 and I
clearly see ReSharper still has its license information.

It doesn't seem to matter whether I use the 5.1 release version or a 5.1.1
bug-fix build.

Is there something I can do to prevent ReSharper from thinking it's using an
unlicensed release?
