Visual Studio 2010 hanging when using WPF Editor - Resharper the culprit?

I am using Resharper 5.1.1753.4 on Visual Studio 2010.0.30319.1.

I experience regular hangs when using the WPF Editor, specifically when I resize windows, or the window changes mode between Debug and Edit.

I have attached a minidump file. From viewing the hanging app in Visual Studio debugger, it looks like the problem may be caused by a Resharper threadpool manager object, but I am not a debugging expert.

Hope you can help - as it is pretty difficult to work like this.
