Feature Request: Solution-wide analysis should store file checksum

Hi,

I like the "solution wide analysis" feature. We use external code generation tools a lot, and these tools write thousands of .cs files, even if they did not chance. But the solution wide analysis feature will always re-analyse all files again, which is taking lots of time and is unneccessary, because the file content did not chance. So I would suggest that Resharper should store not only the file's timestamp, but also a SHA-1 hash value to detect changes. What do you think?
