customize size of warning and error underlines?

I use a dark grey background in my Visual Studio and have a hard time seeing the warnings or errors that ReSharper finds through its code analysis.  The underlines are thin, so I was wondering if you could increase the size of them?  Or, does anyone have any other suggestions on how to make them more noticible?  I'm using ReSharper 5.1.  Thanks!

Hello Glenn,

At the moment there's no way to change the size of the underlines. You can
try changing their color (by changing the Foreground color property for 'ReSharper
warning', 'ReSharper hint' and 'ReSharper suggestion' items under Tools |
Options | Environment | Fonts and Colors) to something more visually appealing.
Thank you!
