VS2010 SP1 .sln file no longer opens VS

Hello Larry,

There's no option in ReSharper that would change the .sln fine double-click
behavior. Could you please uninstall ReSharper and check if it starts working
again? Thank you!

Prior to installing ReSharper, when I would double-click on a VS2010
.sln file, it would open Visual Studio.  Now, it does nothing.

Is there a setting in ReSharper that would cause this?

It sounds like something's messed with the file association for .sln files. You can restore the file associations from within Visual Studio:

1. Tools -> Options;
2. Environment -> General;
3. "Restore File Associations"
