ReSharper compiler errors in commented-out code

I'f I use ASP.NET MVC code nuggets in my JavaScript, even if the entire JavaScript function is commented out, ReSharper causes a compiler error if the code nugget would usually cause one. For instance, I was trying a new Model in my View, and commented out the JavaScript that ran when the old Model was used. Since the new Model doesn't have all the same properties, any code nuggets would cause a compiler error - if they weren't commented out or deleted. Looks like I'm going to have to delete them to get the compile to go through.

Is there a way to fix this? I didn't see the usual "options" in the drop-down for turning this off.

Hello William,

Could you please attach a small sample solution or a screenshot that would
demonstrate this problem? Thank you!
