R# and F2 (or remapping shortcuts in general)

When I put my cursor over an name in Visual Studio and press F2 I usually get a dialog to change the name. With Resharper this gets confusing.

If under options -> Visual Studion Integration -> Keyboard Shortcuts I choose Visual Studio, Ctrl R + R works but F2 doesn't

If under options -> Visual Studion Integration -> Keyboard Shortcuts I choose ReSharper 2x..., Ctrl R + R doesn't works but F2 brings up disambiguation dialog with more options and I can't seem to find the combination to make it work.

If under options -> Visual Studion Integration -> Keyboard Shortcuts I choose None, neither Ctrl R + R works nor F2

How can I get F2 to rename in Visual Studio 2008 with Resharper 5.1?
