ReSharper Changes VS Settings On Startup

I have turned off code analysis for all of the solutions that I use and I have re-enabled 'Underline errors in the editor' and 'Show live semantic errors' for C# which ReSharper had previously turned off.

However each time I load a solution these settings are turned back off again. This is not good enough for a productivity tool that is now making my work less productive.
