R# 6.x bulb menu not showing a short time after Visual Studio starts

I have searched the forums and not found anything else specifically referencing my issue (which is not to say it is not there, just that I could not find it).

The scenarios is that I load a fairly large solution in Visual Studio 2010 with ReSharper 6.1 (although I believe it also happened in 6.0 as well).  This solution contains four solution-level folders, with 1 Silverlight application, 1 ASP.NET 4.0 (WebForms) application, and 8 library projects of various types.  Everything (I am pretty sure) is written in C#. When I first load this solution and start working, everything is pretty much fine. However, after maybe 15-30 minutes of working, the bulb menus no longer appear.  The code is still highlighted where R# is suggesting improvements, and hovering over those highlights will show a tooltip explaining the issue (usually, sometimes it takes a bit to catch up and sometimes it just never tells me what the issue is), but the bulb menu is nowhere to be seen. I checked the settings (ReSharper/Options... Code Inspection/Settings), and the "Show analysis options items in bulb menu" option is still checked, but the bulb menus don't appear. Similarly, unchecking and saving this option, then opening the Options dialog and re-enabling it does not bring it back.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a workaround other than exiting Visual Studio and restarting? Is it something I should report as a bug?

From my ReSharper/Help/About dialog:
JetBrains ReSharper 6.1 C# Edition
Build 6.1.37.86 on 2011-12-21T05:15:24
Plugins: none
Visual Studio 10.0.40219.1.

Hello Dave
We haven't heard of such problems before. Do you switch to some other applications during those 15-30 minutes? Could you please also run Visual Studio (devenv.exe) with /ReSharper.LogFile "C:\log.txt" /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose, wait until the problem shows itself and then attach the resulting log here? Thank you!

Thanks for your response.  I switch to all kinds of other applications while working in Visual Studio.  At the very least, I switch to the application being developed when running in the debugger. Outside of that I frequently use Outlook, Notepad++, OneNote (for notes and screen captures), the CMD prompt, various Team Foundation tools, WinMerge, and others. I have added the logging options to my Visual Studio shortcut and will report back the next time this problem occurrs.

Thanks,

I have attached the log file as a .zip.  I don't know exactly when it stopped working. I was involved in several things throughout the day and at one point looked closer and saw that the bulb menu was not showing.  There are several exceptions in the log file, though.

Thanks,
