Disable Resharper 6.0 (or disable Find Usages)
I would like to disable your implementation of "Find Usages" - I prefer Visual Studio's implementation. I have read that this is not possible, so was looking at being able to disable Resharper as a whole... aparently v5 had a command "Resharper_ToggleSuspended", but I do not see this in my commands in v6.0.

You can disable ReSharper manually under Tools | Options | ReSharper | General. The ReSharper_ToggleSuspended command should exist in ReSharper 6.0 as well. Do you have a ReSharper_Suspend command? Thank you!
