String.concat to string.format hot fix?

Does anyone have a pattern that changes this...

string.Concat("Attempted to aquire lock on application.  Attempt: ", retryCount, "; Aquired: False.  Sleeping for ", retryInterval, " milliseconds.")

to...

string.Format("Attempted to aquire lock on application. Attempt: {0}, ; Aquired: False.  Sleeping for {1} milliseconds.", retryCount, retryInterval)

     I'm afraid it's not not possible to perform such transformation in general with a Search and replace pattern. You're welcome to add a feature request through http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/RSRP and we'll consider making a context action for this case. Thank you!
