Line wrapping xml

Hello,

I cannot seem to find an option that will make line wrapping xml place the each attribute on a separate line..
Note that I do not want short xml elements to be reformatted in such a way, so the Tags option "Attribures format" does not appear to be useful in this regard..

Is this an oversight in ReSharper or am I simply misunderstanding the options?
