Code Encoding problem in Visual Studio 2005 after installing Resharper 7.1

I found my code mis-represented in Visual Studio after installing Resharper 7.1. Disabling the Resharper fixes the problem, so am pretty sure that is Resharper causing the issue.
Please find the attached screenshot to see the detail. No idea what kind of information would be helpful for you to investigate, but please find below my environment info.
