Visual Studio 2010, ReSharper 6.1.1 - CssClass Intellisense broken

Hello all,

I recently had to do a reinstall of Visual Studio and ReSharper 6.1.1 and I'm stuck on how to get Intellisense to work again for CssClasses.  I am receiving an 'Unknown css class' error when I have ReSharper enabled, but when I suspend it, I am able to get the proper Intellisense and the list of classes from Visual Studio.  I've tried switching a few different things on and off, but so far I haven't been able to get this functional again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
