Continuous Testing Session fails to load

I recently installed Visual Studio 2015 and reinstalled Resharper 10.0.0.2 as this Version is the standard in our team.
It seems like the Resharper Auto-Update inadvertedly updated me to Version 2016.2.
After doing this the Continuous Testing Session failed to load correctly in Visual Studio 2015 and even Visual Studio 2013 which I used to this point and where it did work until now.
I already tried to fix this by clearing the Resharper cache via Resharper Options -> Environment/General -> Clear Caches, but to no avail.
I would like to refrain from reinstalling Visual Studio, if possible.

Could you please reset Continuos Testing cache by dropping results ( trash bin button on the toolbar) and re-run analysis?
If the problem persists after this, you could try to reset Continuous Testing settings. Please do following:

Thank you, resetting the Contiuous Testing Settings helped (the trash bin was actually grayed out, so I couldn't try that).
