Unit tests no longer load external assemblies at runtime

Upgraded Resharper to version 7.1.3000.2254 on VS 2012 Update 2

My MSTest unit tests can no longer find external assimblies that are loaded at runtime when I execute them from the Test Runner. I have unchecked "Shadow-copy assemblies being tested" in the Resharper options, no help. Any ideas?
