Line Wrapping version 8.1

I  have been trying to change the length of the lines c# for the wrapping.  I have selected to wrap long lines, but when I change the Right Margin (columns) it does not have any effect of where the wrapping starts.  I have tried to make it longer and I have tried to make is smaller and it seems to not allow lines longer than 120 col.
