Jasmine unit tests always 'Pending'

Running:

• Jasmine 2.0
• PhantomJS 1.9.7
• Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate
• R# 8.1

I have dropped default Jasmine 2.0 tests (from download) into a new solution added reference comments as per screenshot and all test come up pending and never run.
