Intellisense not working
Hi we are using the following:
JetBrains ReSharper 8.0.1 Full Edition
Build 8.0.1000.2286 on 2013-09-05T16:18:00
Plugins: 1

When I press <CTRL><SPACE> to show the resharper intellisense I get a pop up window that says no suggestions and below that it says Updating. After a while the pop up window disappears. If you press <CTRL><SPACE> again the same pop up window says the same thing updating. This is very annoying. What Can I do to fix this issue.

OK,
So I have tried clearing the resharper cache and that has not fixed anything. I also updated to Resharper 8.1.23.546 and it still happens.
I have uploaded a second image of this happening.
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
