Import ReSharper 5.1 settings into ReSharper 8

To share R# settings within our team we were using "Resharper  Settings Manager" (http://rsm.codeplex.com/) with R# 5.1; Now we have  upgraded to R# 8.0 and want to import the previous settings and use  layers to share within team.

I have tried both  Import option (Settings layer dialog) and Import Code Styles from  earlier versions(Code Style Sharing page in Options dialog) but couldn't  import the old settings and create a new settings file to share within  our team.

Can you please let me know if there is some way (other then manually updating the settings) to import settings from Re-sharper Settings Manager?
