Support CTRL+BACKSPACE within text fields of refactoring dialogs

It would be great if you supported CTRL+BACKSPACE within refactoring dialogs, such as within the text field of the renaming dialog.

Expected behavior: The last PascalCased part of the string should be deleted (in case of the attached screenshot, "All").
Current behavior: Some unreadable character is appended (see attached screenshot).
