Resharper disabled even though I have a permanent license from server

We are using a resharper license server to manage license in our company.

Reshaper works fine when I am connected to the network, but, does gets disabled when I do not have connectivity, although I have permemenat license.

Any clue why this would happen and how can I solve it?

I have attached a screenshot of the Resharper license dialog box if it helps.
