Resharper heuristically is not working

Hi,

I used Resharper 6 with Visual Studio 2010 in the past. Now I moved to a new company here I wanted to introduce the Resharper then I tried to demonstrate some features. To my supriese some of the features are not as is in the latest 8.2.

1. Possible Null reference is exception is showing wrongly. If I change the setting to explicit CanBeNull option it works as expected. But this is not desired for me.
2. Doesn't heiglight always true expressions.
