Resharper 9 update wrecked shortcuts and cannot fix

I tried to update to resharper 9 late yesterday and had some trouble with my visual studio versions - they crashed and came back up during the installation. A coworker with a similar set up did not have this issue.

Every time I try to fix it, my Ctrl+T+L still doesn't run any of my unit tests, and the Ctrl+L cuts the current line (leading to all sorts of confusion).

So far I've:

Reset all shortcuts from visual studio, then applied intellij scheme

Reset all shortcuts from visual studio, switched scheme to none, applied, then applied intellij scheme

Uninstalled/Reinstalled resharper 9, performed steps above

Repaired resharper 9, performed steps above

Cleared cache, performed steps above

Nothing works! Did these shortcuts change???
