R#9 and VS2013: File Structure panel has different Scrollbars

Using R#9 and VS2013 Community, in the nice new blue colours. Not a real problem, but a bit jarring: the File Structure panel has scrollbars which are Windows XP-style light grey and 3D, whereas all the other panels (both native VS and R# such as "To-Do Explorer") have new light-blue on dark-blue, thin and chic scrollbars.
Any way to get File Structure to fit in with the others better? It alone is sufficient reason for me to use R#, I have it open always and it jars... everything else is dark and moody, and then there are these 2 big off-white bars... Thanks!

Hello,

It's one of the few pre-WPF windows left in R# UI. Visual Studio is expected
to capture and replace the style for system scrollbars in it.

But we've lost the style options for that old tree view somewhen in the last
release cycle, and the third-party tree component would strangely apply custom
styles by default rather than use system ones. So it's doing custom rendering
and preventing Visual Studio from doing its job on scrollbars. We're tracking
this down and returning the style in some near future.
