Any way to make Reformat Code ignore certain blocks?

I doubt it, but thought I'd ask.  I like to align blocks of assignments and declarations, but they only last until the next reformat.  It would be nice if there was a rule to ignore declarations and assignments that are < 1 line or something like that.  Maybe even an "Ignore lines matching this Regex" would be cool, although probably not widely used.
