Clear Bookmarks button and key shortcut not working

After installing v9u1 I can't use the clear bookmarks toolbar button. When using the keyboard shortcut I get the message that the key combination is not currently available. I have reset my settings, and tried a couple of settings in resharper - options - environment - keyboard & menus, and I can't get Clear Bookmards to work again.
