inconsistent parameter names

W.r.t. FxCop rule CA1725: Parameter names should match base declarations https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms182251.aspx

and

ReSharper Parameter hides Property check.

Is there anyway to configure ReSharper to ignore overrides and interface implementations whilst performing this check.
