nameof refactoring

I am using Visual Studio 2015.

I was using ReSharper 9.1.1 and saw a number of nameof refactorings appear in the code. My plan was to deal with these later.

Today, I upgraded to 9.1.2. It appears to me that the nameof refactorings no longer appear. How do I get these back?

Hi Richard,

Just to be sure, can you update to the latest ReSharper 9.1.3?
9.1.2 was considerably broken in VS2015 RTM, so let's see if the problem is still there after update.
