Hi

I have installed Visual Studio Community Version , should R# work with it ?

I have reinstalled R# but I see no menu item and nothing in options the VS is 14.23107.0.D14REL and R# is 9.1.2

I can see other vsix add ins

I have a similar problem with VS2015 Community edition runnning on Windows 10 Pro.

Resharper disappears from the IDE after every reboot, so I have to run visual studio with the /resetskippkgs flag every day to get it back.

Any ideas?

Hello MIke,

  Please try removing "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0_Config" registry branch and check the issue again.

i tried that and it makes no difference, basically the only way I can get resharper to show up in Visual studio 2015 is to run devenv.exe /resetskippkgs everytime.

if i start multiple instances of visual studio it's fine, but when i close them all, resharper will be gone the next time i start up visual studio

I've worked out what my problem is, I was actually running the experimental version of Visual Studio, Duh!!!!! I saw that it said experimental version, but just thought it was Microsoft marketing ploy to make me feel inadequate because I only had the Community version.....
