How to use /ReSharper.Internal and Exception Browser

What does JetBrains pre fer I do with the exceptions in the Exception Browser?

Some years ago when I also used /ReSharper.Internal I submitted them on my youtrack.jetbrains.com login account,
but I wont do that again as it cluttered my searches there, and there seemed no easy way to filter them out from searches

Should I ignore them or submit anonymously?
