ReSharper and ReSharper C++ show up as "Free trial period is running"

I have the full JetBrains toolbox subscription, including ReSharper and ReSharper C++. I'm logged in to my JetBrains account in VS, and I correctly get the notification that I have a license for dotCover, including my name and the duration of my subscription.

Why don't those also show up for ReSharper and ReSharper C++? Instead I get the "Free trial" notification. Is this supposed to happen, or is there a bug?

This is in Visual Studio 2015, and version 10 for all tools if that's relevant.
