"Failed to modify documents" when using Resharper 10.0.2 with Visual Studio 2015 Update 1

Hi,

with the introduction of Resharper 10.0.2 we are seeing allot of "Failed to modify documents"

a suggested solution is to disable git provider. but we don't want to disable the internal git provider in visual studio 2015, it works very well for us.

is this a known issue for resharper?
