Jetbrains License server will not "Call Home"

I hope someone can help me

Currently we have set up the Jetbrain licence server and all setting settings look to be correct compared to the documentation online. Our online account states we have a number of license associated with the license server but when i check the license sever dash board it keeps asking to add licenses. At the bottom of the console page the status for the Last Known Connection to Jetbrains "N/A"

Would anyone know if we have missed a step or have seen this issue with setting up the Jetbrains License server.
