The CrossAppDomainPointer is NULL when attempting to install ReSharperUltimate.2016.3.EAP11.exe fromJetBrainsToolbox

When attempting to install or uninstall ReSharperUltimate.2016.3.EAP11.exe (Build 7.0.20161201.135712-eap11) from the JetBrainsToolbox into Visual Studio Professional 2015 (Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3), I receive the error "The CrossAppDomainPointer is NULL." As could be expected, ReSharper does not appear in Visual Studio. I am using Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (BuildLabEx: 14393.447.amd64fre.rs1_release_inmarket.161102-0100).

Based on what I read in a similar post, the following manual actions seemed to work for me:

1. opened file explorer
2. navigated to: C:\Users\{{MyUserName}}\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Toolbox\apps\ReSharper-U\ch-0\7.0.20161201.135712-eap11
3. Right-clicked on: ReSharper-U-7.0.20161201.135712-eap11.exe and selected "Run as administrator"

Perhaps this is something that can be addressed in the future so we can continue to make use of the great toolbox JetBrains has created.
