Code inspections at the project level

I have existing code that parses code files via implementing IDaemonStageProcess. However, I'd like to also write some solution inspections that are focused on the root project itself. It appears the daemon is called for each file but doesn't get a call for the 'project file'...is there a neat way to implement this type of inspection. For example...an inspection that checks the default namespace for each project.  Regards

Unfortrunately, .csproj files are not included in the standard IDaemonStageProcess implementation. Firstly, because they're not visible documents, and secondly, they are explicitly excluded from solution wide analysis. I've raised an issue as a feature request which you can vote on and track: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-418226
