ReSharper Ultimate 2016 install issue

I'm trying to install ReSharper Ultimate 2016 but it fails with the following:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'ReSharper9Plus.msi' in the box below."

Advice anyone?

Hello Rick,

1) Have you installed any ReSharper version before?

2) Which ReSharper Installer do you use - web one or full one?
