"Find Symbols External to Scope" doesn't clearly show where the reference is made from

When I use "Find Symbols External to Scope" it shows all the symbols external to the specified scope, and shows the code where they are used (as well as a line number and column number), but it doesnt seem to tell me the file name (or class & method) in which the usage occurred.
