Resharper Ultimate causes C++ project build to hang indefinitely.

After a brief break working on a project of mine, I came back to it and found that vs2012 would hang up during builds. Like, every single time. I could still cancel the build, but it would never finish. The only thing I could think of that changed since it was last working, was I installed resharper ultimate. So 'suspended' it, and BAM builds instantly.
