Cannot login to AI Assistant from VS 2022

Hi there,

I'm working in OneMarketData and we have a enterprise license for the Resharper. Could you check the status of AI Assistant Resharper, I can't connect to it. I signed up for the beta and it ended a few days ago. Now when I try to login to AI

a license pop-up window appears and after clicking OK, you will be taken back to the login window as shown in the image above.

What I do wrong, or maybe we need another license for AI?

And my second question is: Do you have some Static Code Analyzers To Improve our Code Quality in package?

Please try to log out and log in again. You can do it in the license dialog (ReSharper | Help | License Information)

Hello Olga,

If I understand correct, you mean check/uncheck the license in the License Information window? Because I haven't found any other way to log in/out. Nothing changed.

Go to ReSharper | Help | License Information, and press the wrench button.
In the next window try to log out and log in.

please collect a log file for us using the following steps:

1. Select `ReSharper | Navigate | Go to Action`;
2. Type `logger /all`;
3. Select specific `Licensing` trace scenario and enter `JetBrains.ReSharper.AI.Core.LLM.Grazie.Auth.AIFeaturesEnabledByLicense` in the `Custom namespace tracing` field;
4. Reproduce the issue (in your case - restart Visual Studio);
5. Provide the log file (its location is specified at the top of Logger Configuration tool window);
6. Don't forget to disable the trace scenarios;

please try to uncheck the "Use License Keys" option in this window.
If it won't help, please try the following:
- go to the `(Extensions) | ReSharper | Manage Options`;
- right-click on the “This computer” layer and invoke the `Reset` in the context menu;
- in the `Reset` layer dialog, enable only the “Environment / JetBrainsAIOptions” checkbox and click OK;
- logout from JetBrains Account on the `(Extensions) | ReSharper | Help | License Information` dialog and restart Visual Studio;
- login back to JetBrains Account on the License Information dialog.

If it won't help too, please collect a log file for us using the following steps:

1. Select `ReSharper | Navigate | Go to Action`;
2. Type `logger /all`;

Hello Arthur,

I've checked again and looks like your company doesn't have any license for AI assistant.

I see the line with “AI Assistant subscription is valid through 05/17/2024” on your screenshot, it means that you could use 7 day trial for AI assistant during this period. And now the trial period is over.

Could you please check on your side, if your company bought new licenses?

The JetBrains manager confirmed that the license has already been purchased and should be available, but it is still not available.

Yes, your company has the license, but it doesn't assign to anyone. Please ask your administrator to assign it to your JetBrains Account.

The administrator needs to accept the AI terms of service - please see the attached screenshot. They should be able to assign the license!
