Installing 'Visual Studio Addin' from 'TeamCity Tools' fails to install

Hello,

Installing TeamCity Add-in 2017.2.2 as shown in screenshot below,
It says Installation Completed. But with 364 errors. Some of the error from the installation error text file are:

Cannot resolve runtime assembly by assembly name JetBrains.Platform.Util, Version=108.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1010a0d8d6380325. Could not load file or assembly 'JetBrains.Platform.Util, Version=108.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1010a0d8d6380325' or one of its dependencies.
