Intellisense: highlight a member on click

In VS Intellisense single click on an entry selects it and doubleclick performs the automcompletion. While in Reshaper, single click do autocomplete, and there is no way to select a member with cursor.  Why isn't there an option in Resharper to make it's Intellisense behave the same way? It seems pretty easy, been asked many times and is very frustrating to use.

The only alternative, using arrow keys, won't work when I have a list of 50 members and have to scroll way down to select one.

Please implement this.
