2017.3 EAP1 analyzer problem

i just installed R# 2017.3 EAP1 and then created a .NET Standard 2.0 class library. In this library i generated a EFCore 2.0 DbContext via ErikEJ's EF Core Power Tools. R#'s analysis of the OnModelCreating results in the following eroor:
The libgrary will be compiled without any error. There are also no errors when i disable R#.

Tried to reproduce the issue using mentioned above EF Core Power Tools but had no luck.
Could you please provide some demo solution introducing the problem.

it seems to be a problem of EAP1. With EAP3 i also can't reproduice it.
