R# menu items disabled
I've seen a lot of posts with users having this issue, no real solutions though.
I have R# installed on Windows 8.1 VS2017, the Resharper menu items are pretty much disabled (all unit tests, refactoring, inspect, find, etc), I've tried reinstalling R#, disabling/re-enabling it, clearing cache, deleting hidden folders (.vs). Nothing changes, it's all pretty much not working.
Any ideas?

Could you please run Visual Studio with the following command line: 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile C:\log\resharper_log.txt /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose', reproduce the issue and send log file.
