Resharper Ultimate 2017.2 License Server issue
At my company, we use Resharper ultimate 2017.2, and we get the license from a license server. I recently installed dotTrace and dotMemory, but I am un-able to use them under the license we already have. As I understand it, the ultimate edition license covers both dotTrace and dotMemory, but in license information, I get the "No valid license found".
Looking at the settings for the license server, underneath the server address, "Obtain tickets for: dotMemory 2017.2.1" is checked, and there is a green checkbox next to that. So, according to these settings, the license should be ok, and this is the case for both dotMemory and dotTrace.
However, I only get the option to use the evaluation, and if I pause that, the application closes. dotTrace is integrated with VS 2015, and dotMemory is installed as a standalone application.
Solution please.
