Lost Action Indicators for Unit tests only

Here is a screenshot showing the issue:

As you can see, the tests are listed in the Unit Test Explorer.  However, the Action Indicators for the tests are not in the margin of the file.

Other notes:

- This does not occur in all of my unit test files, just some of them,

- This only occurs for me, not other developers of the same code,

- I have been using ReSharper for a while and the Action Indicators have only recently disappeared.  I don't think it coincided with a version upgrade, but it could have.  I haven't used the tests in this file for a while.

Could you please try to reset all R# settings by ReSharper | Manage Options | Reset all settings and check if the issue is still reproduced?

Could you please also specify if any other R# features are also missing in the problem unit test files (code inspection, refactoring etc.)?
