dotTrace 16.2 SDK Follow

I have a license for Resharper Ultimate 16.2.  Is there still an Self Profiling SDK available for 16.2?  I can only find link to the current SDK.  I implemented the current sdk to generate a .dtp file via self profiling from my application.  I get an error though when trying to view the snapshot from my 16.2 version of dotTrace performance viewer stating I need to take snapshot with my current version of dotTrace profiler.
